The Lynyrd Skynyrd Fan Club and Newsletter has officially been discontinued and has been replaced by an Internet Fan Club Member Mailing List. Both the band and management feel they can keep us, their fans, informed and up to date regarding happenings with the band and their concert dates in a more timely manner by using a group email posting service, while still providing the benefits of being a Fan Club Member. By signing up for the Lynyrd Skynyrd Fan Club, you will receive periodic emails with updates on the band and their latest confirmed shows. You'll also be able to purchase "Fan Club Member" tickets from blocks of seats accessible only by Members. "Fan Club Member" tickets are offered thru Music Today, which become available before tickets go on sale to the general public thru Ticketmaster. The "Fan Club Member" tickets are usually held in special reserved blocks of seating and are available on a 'first come, first serve' basis. You must supply the Member password to purchase "Fan Club Member" seating. In venues such as casinos or general admission shows, a reserved "Fan Club Member" ticket section is impossible to offer. However, they will always do their best to accommodate you. To become a Lynyrd Skynyrd Fan Club Member, you will need to go to the Official Lynyrd Skynyrd Fan Club page of their website. The annual fee is only $25 and optional VIP packages are also available. You will receive an email confirming your Membership, including the password necessary to purchase tickets from the specially held "Fan Club Member" tickets.
